Executive Assistant to the CEO and Associate Director for Program Management and Administration
Stephanie Montag is a seasoned project management professional with a robust background in retail, technology, and construction industries. She joined the mySilicon Compass team in early June as Executive Assistant to the CEO and brings a wealth of experience in overseeing projects from inception to completion, driving operational excellence, and enhancing team productivity. Stephanie will use her expertise at mySilicon to leverage her expertise to optimize project workflows, improve inventory management, and streamline accounts receivable and payable processes.
Prior to joining mySilicon Compass, Stephanie was a Sales Representative at AT&T, where she honed her skills in customer engagement and developed a keen interest in technology and software advancements. Her career also includes significant roles as a Project Coordinator for prominent construction companies such as 84 Lumber, Sherwin Williams, and Kittle Property Group. In these positions, she managed diverse projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Stephanie’s academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (2019) and a Master’s degree in Project Management (2021) from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her educational background, combined with her hands-on experience, equips her with a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
